The teacher is trying to tell us to try. That the point of school isn't to learn, but to face the hardships it comes with. The teacher's point is to tell the reader that the main event of school is to prepare us for life. He makes a really good point by telling us this because it is true. We use what we learn is school, so the actual work and the lessons too. Take an essay for example, obviously you learned writing skills, but if you had to do the entire thing in one night. It might resulting in no sleep and a bad grade because you couldn't put your best work in.

Read THIS blog post by a teacher. I mean actually read it. Take it in. Think about it. And then, write about it. What do you think about it? What is the teacher trying to say? In your own words explain what "the main event" is.

3 day weekend... how was it? Give me a good story or something funny that happened this weekend. Go.
This Friday I didn't do that much; all I did was hang out with my friend and watch movies. Then on Saturday I did homework most of the time then went to Zio's, an Italian restaurant, to break to fast. When I say fast I mean for passover. I probably ate an entire loaf of bread with my pasta. That night I stared to watch Beverly Hills Cop, but I fell asleep half way through. In the morning I woke up my dad and he fell back asleep so I just finished my movie. Since my dad wouldn't make me breakfast I drove myself to my friend Sydnei's house and ate pancakes over there then came back home. The rest of the day was just me, some movies, and a lot of homework. Then next day My friend Kate came over and we worked on our french project. Then at 4 I drve myself to BVW for my soccer game.

Do you agree or disagree with this statement. Elaborate on why you agree of disagree.
If images are on the internet, they should be "free game".
I disagree and agree with this statement in different ways. One way side says, just because you put something on the internet it is any ones to use. This is true, but you you have to site your sources or else it's plagiarism. The other side is that you shouldn't put something on the internet unless you want people to see it. People can also use it. So, it is "free game" because anybody can use it as long it has been given it's sources.

I thought my resume website looked very professional. As for the content in it, not so much. I completed the ask honestly. I don't think I would put that content in a website where a hiring professional or someone at a college would look at. I think I have learned multiple skills from creating this website such as format, other tags within HTML/CSS, and also a little bit about photoshop. For the future, I would like to learn more formats in coding and also a lot more about photoshop. I liked my website, but I thought it may have been a little plain. Next time, I would added more pictures and more color to mine like other websites.

What's the coolest thing you've learned in Web Design so far? Why is it so cool and how can it help you in the future?
The coolest thing I have learned in web design is learning how to format. What I mean by that is all the tags like: <img src>, <li>, <ul>, etc. I can use the skill of knowing these to create future websites. In the future I will probably make a resume website, because that would come in handy when finding a job, for college, and people trying to find background information about me.

What is a resume website? What do people put on resume websites. Spend about 5-10 minutes looking up resume websites and what they are used for. Explain what you find. Include an image of a resume website if possible.
A resume website is a personal website telling about themselves and their qualifications. It has been shown that 56% of the people hiring are more impressed by job seeker with a resume website. These are good because they get to show the employer more your personality threw the designing and construction. Typically, it has: the name of the person as the largest point on the screen, multiple ways to contact them, paragraph about them, what jobs they've had, specific skills.
